Job Description: SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR OR PATENT AGENT NEEDED TO SUPPORT VERY BUSY PARTNER AT WESTSIDE FIRM.

A very busy partner is adding a few new slots for scientific advisors to join his team. The role of the scientific advisor is to work closely with attorneys and patent agents on patent re-examinations and preparation of patents, and provide specific scientific expertise to assess and counsel on the viability of a patent.

The ideal candidates will possess at least 1+ years experience as a scientific advisor for a large law firm; possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree in electrical engineering; possess at least years experience within the field of electrical engineering, including specific experience in wireless technologies and software applications; and possess exceptional analytical, writing and communication skills. Salary range is approximately $110k to $140k with benefits.
