Job Description: Maintenance and cleaning jobs in USA. To work with supervisor and part time staff, as a working lead, to perform routine cleaning as assigned daily and for changeovers or events as planned by department supervisor in coordination with other departments. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes floors, washes walls, inside windows and woodwork; cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies; dusts, polishes, arranges and moves furniture and equipment; removes rubbish and waste; uses hand tools or small powered equipment applicable to job. May perform other duties as assigned. Must work well with others; be in good physical condition and health with no significant impairment of motor function, speech, hearing or vision, ability to perform moderately heavy manual work (lift/move/carry up to 25 pounds routinely; up to 50 pounds on occasion; tolerance to work under adverse conditions such as dust, dirt and cleaning agent odors; ability to work odd/irregular or unusual hours, split shifts, weekends and/or holiday under pressure of client demands while coordinating staff in preparing for events.
Qualification and Requirement: Minimum Education Level : High School Diploma/GED Experience Required : 1 year
