Job Description:

Management Jobs in California; World-renowned Skincare Company seeks a dynamic, seasoned Direct Response Marketing professional with extensive DRTV experience to head up its Direct Marketing Acquisitions initiatives. Ideal candidate will have extensive production and campaign management experience and will understand how to bring a personal care product to market.

This position will be responsible for strengthening the company's existing direct marketing resources and infrastructure, reorganize all processes where necessary to ensure optimal performance and develop programs and strategies to grow the Direct customer database and increase revenues and profits.

This position reports to the EVP, Direct to Consumer and works closely with the Direct to Consumer team; Duties and Responsibilities includes:

• Establish objectives and strategies to increase market share and exceed annual goals through DRTV and alternative electronic retail.

• Identify key short term and longer term partnerships to support DRTV and National Print campaigns and marketing efforts, particularly focused on new customer and lead acquisition.

• Oversee all facets of infomercial long form and short form production, including testimonial recruitment, talent relationship management, product configuration, pricing and positioning, market research, etc.

• Ensure that we are AFTRA compliant and timely and accurate with AFTRA and talent payroll payments.

• Oversee all facets of alternative media production, including radio, mobile and viral.

• Develop, negotiate and maintain production budgets.

• Ensure that all production elements are within brand and also drive our Global Brand Awareness initiatives.

• Drive creative versioning for alternative use, including in-store loops, you tube, webisodes, and other social media.

• Drive testing strategy for new creatives and product offers.

• Leverage media in all direct venues to create cross-channel synergies between direct channels and corporate channels.

• Work with Global Marketing to utilize electronic media as an advertising and branding vehicle for the company as a whole.

• Develop programs designed to increase database of company's direct customers and mine database to maximize customer retention.

• Identify areas for expansion within the DRTV and electronic retail arena.

• Work hand-in-hand with "back end" team on optimizing media buys, generating leads, driving continuity conversion and meeting other business objectives.

• Proficient in understanding media, telemarketing and other steps in the acquisition process, to optimize campaign. Will work closely with media director, customer service and outsourced vendors.
