• Reports and analysis of cost performance, review and assisting updating schedules and overseeing contractual matters on the Constellation Space Suite program.

• Additional responsibilities include: Provide Program Managers with current status (cost/schedule) of programs/projects under their cognizance. Analyze historical and current trends to forecast future performance.

• Responsible for forecasting of the rolling flash, Preparation of the annual plan.

• Tracking other indirect costing functions for indirect cost centres or small departments.

• All aspects of cost volume preparation, including: written consent, cost/price schedules, Contractual aspects such as bonding and insurance coverage and audit support.

Qualification and Requirement: A winning candidate will possess the followings

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent years of experience

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Project Management/Scheduling Software (MS Project, MPM, etc.), and PeopleSoft.

• 5-10 years experience in performance/cost measurement or financial analysis is required
