We have an immediate need for an Account Executive for our Strategic Partnerships Group (SPG) to support our expansion into the Mid Atlantic (Virginia/WV/MD/Washington, DC) market.
This sales role will focus on Private Sector Business opportunities including but not limited to: Healthcare, Private Education, Commercial, Industrial, etc. Also, specifically manage and develop partnerships with Carrier Building Systems and Services personnel to leverage Private Sector business opportunities from new and/or existing Carrier BSS Customer base.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to perform the following duties:
Prospect for new customers
Territory Management
Sales Funnel Management
Co-authorship and, when necessary, sole development of a sales campaign for a large complex customer buyer group.
Presentation of NORESCO and its capabilities
Working on highly competitive RFP/RFQ in a primary authorship role
Coordination with other members of project development teams
The qualification and disqualification of opportunities
Successfully closing business in compliance with an annual sales goal
Regional Directors: provide necessary market research and data to allow market analysis
Requirements: Management jobs VA
4-6 years prior industry experience or alternatively 8 plus years in the marketing of multi million dollar plus intangible services in a complex, customer environment, with multiple user groups.
4 year degree preferably in a technical sales role.
The ability to travel overnight and attend evening customer meetings.
